All loans delivered to Stonegate must be approved/eligible for delivery to the Agencies (Fannie, Freddie and/or Ginnie).

As an approved Broker or Correspondent, you will have access to our product matrices, guidelines, a 24/7 pricing engine, and a view of your pipeline and loan condition information through this website in a secure environment.

Closed Loan Purchase Program

If you are interested in selling closed loans to Stonegate on a delegated basis please contact one of our Account Executives.

Our closed loan purchase program is available to approved Correspondents with an audited net worth of $500,000 or more. Loans purchased through this program are delivered through a master commitment, volume and pricing incentives may apply.
